Schwarzschild’s Papers are at Princeton University. There are 1977 and 1977-79 oral history interviews with Schwarzschild at the AIP Center for the History of Physics. There is an oral history interview dealing with his contributions to computing at the Charles Babbage Institute of the University of Minnesota.
